Reflection at the speed of voice.
Meet the team
Full bios ↓The problem
Positive Multigenerational Change Journeys (PMCJs) experiences and career conversations too often pass without students processing what they actually mean. Can AI prompt the kind of reflection that sticks?
The goal
Test whether Snorkl AI can spark deep reflection about future and career readiness — pushing students past surface answers into real meaning-making.
Approach
Use Snorkl to capture student voice reflections after Positive Multigenerational Change Journeys experiences
Probe career-readiness conversations with AI-driven follow-ups
Measure depth and continuity of reflection over time
What this pilot is — and isn't
Snorkl is designed to capture what a digital platform usually erases: a student's voice, their creativity, the life they live offline. We're listening to a kid reflect on their family, their future, and the person they're becoming. The AI prompts; the student speaks; the educator listens. The humans stay at the center.

Legacy
9th Grade English Teacher / 11th Grade Advisor
I am the 9th grade English teacher at Legacy College Prep and have been teaching for seven years, two of those with Ednovate. I joined the Innovation Team because I am passionate about constantly evolving and elevating my practice as a teacher in order to reach the youth of today in the ways that they need. In my pilot strand, we are focused on utilizing AI tools such as Snorkl in order to help students improve their ability to think critically and reflect deeply, which are two of my passions as a literacy teacher.

Director of Virtual Program
My journey to the Innovation Team is fueled by a deep sense of curiosity. Through my work as our Director of the Ednovate Virtual Academy, I've seen firsthand what it's like to design, iterate, and master creative solutions for challenging circumstances. I'm thrilled to bring that same "builder" mindset to this new chapter and continue solving our most interesting challenges.
